Organizational Structure

 The Institute's organizational structure is regulated by the Law and Statute.

It is a public institution with public authority to decide on the rights and obligations from the pension insurance; it is also a legal person with registered seat in Zagreb.

The work of the Institute is public. The Institute has its Statute, adopted by the Steering Committee and ratified by the Government of the Republic of Croatia.

The Institute's activities are:
The Institute is managed by the Steering Committee appointed by the Government of the Republic of Croatia. 

The Institute has its Director-General, Deputy Director-General and Assistants to Director-General, appointed by the Government of the Republic of Croatia. 

The Institute has a joint expert service operating today as a Directorate seated in Zagreb, regional services, 15 regional offices and 91 affiliates seated in the cities and municipalities of the Republic of Croatia. The expert service is organized to provide the following:
